Nurses are the unsung heroes of our communities. Whether they’re at a patient’s bedside or designing hospitals, their positive influence on the organizations they’re a part of cannot be overemphasized. It’s certainly been a trying couple of years – especially for our healthcare professionals – and we don’t know where we would be without them. This week, the country is celebrating National Nurses Week, and Hallsta is thrilled to take this time to thank them for all that they do.
Our team is proud to represent diverse and multifaceted backgrounds that set us apart in this industry. Of those various paths in the healthcare field, we are fortunate to “share the office” with two exceptional RNs. Mary Mendelsohn (left), our CIC-Certified Licensing and Regulatory Manager, is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s of Science in Nursing and numerous accreditations. Mary is deeply educated in the always evolving healthcare world, enjoys meeting new people, and excels in guiding clients through challenging scenarios with attention to detail and poise. Our Cofounder Kelly Martinez (right) is a Registered Nurse, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and previous hospital administrator with a Master’s as well. Her background affords a unique viewpoint of clinical impact planning, project management, regulatory compliance and licensing, and HCAI strategy for the healthcare facilities and clinics.
Hallsta would not be what it is without Mary and Kelly’s distinctive, giving natures and know-how. Once again, we send our most heartfelt thank you to Mary, Kelly, and all of the wonderful nurses who make this world a much better place.
