It’s time to build! With the three previous phases – The Hallsta PMLC: Initiation Phase, The Hallsta PMLC: Planning Phase, and The Hallsta PMLC: Startup – in place, we’re ready to get this show on the road.

Execution is primarily dominated by construction, which means there are a million and one moving pieces. This phase is where our Hallsta Project Managers really shine. “Being a construction and Project Manager is being a visionary,” Hallsta Co-Founder Ola Ostlund says. “You have to think about every element around you. That’s where Hallsta is unique.” Our team is diverse in experience and expertise. We are well-versed in clinical and construction, always thinking holistically and one step ahead.

Since we did our job at Startup, the Execution Phase should move smoothly. But there are always bumps in the road and opportunities for improvement. The Execution Phase is where we foster a healthy environment for disagreement. We want our clients to question, analyze, and potentially rework the plans. We are all about improvement and best practices. Our job is to challenge; our job is to think outside the box and execute your vision with no stoppages.

We stop the stops, knowing that every minute not progressing means dollars out the window. Sometimes this means quick approval; other times, it means pushback. Our team intrinsically knows the difference. We are proactive, not reactive. Hallsta PMs pride themselves on industry knowledge, equipping us with the tools to predict and prepare before the problem arises. Every day, we’re in the trenches with the construction crew, tracking sourcing, budget, invoice, updates, and alerts to the different disciplines. We work for the owners, closely monitoring the project and keeping it on the rails.
